January 3, 2014:
LETTER TO LEVONNE WATKINS
Ma’am, Krystal Armstead previously faxed a copy of the ORDER that James Armstead received, dated October 1st, 2013, stating that his Motion to Reconsider Stay had been granted. As requested on the previous fax, please call Krystal Armstead at 443-261-9741 upon receiving this fax so she can know that the fax and letter was received.
James Armstead and his wife, Krystal Armstead, have no idea of the actions that have taken place in the clerks’ office that would have led to James Armstead receiving a letter stating that his Stay was granted, but the Court of Special Appeals has a copy that states that the Stay was denied.
James Armstead has been a victim of fraud for way too long. He is disabled. His wife, Krystal Armstead (who is a member of the United States Air Force) helps him prepare and present all of his court documents in court. For someone to mail him a copy of an order that was not even entered into the file and was signed by the judge is an error that should have never happened.
The plaintiff in this case has filed for child support in multiple states (
Houston, Texas and ). Calls made to the Office of Child Support Enforcement, questioning the validity of the interstate order led to the Circuit Court employees, OCSE employees, and officers of the Sheriff’s department to falsely arrest James Armstead on false “threats to state official charges” and “telephone misuse”. Krystal Armstead (who was 5 months pregnant at the time) had to post a $100,000 bail on a case that was filed without ANY evidence whatsoever. In the end, the case was thrown out and James Armstead was acquitted of all charges because the plaintiffs admitted in open court that they exaggerated the truth and lied to authorities to have James Armstead arrested. Memphis, Tennessee
This case has gotten unprofessional and has been handled improperly. Who would mail out a different document than was filed? What would anyone gain out of filing false documents? Any clerk can take a look at every case that James Armstead has in the system and there are multiple errors on each case that would have ANYONE call and ask questions. False warrants have been issued in “error”; paperwork that he mailed in was misfiled; civil cases that he paid to filed have been thrown out because clerks claimed he didn’t pay although he had receipts proving he did; child support orders were established without him consenting the child was his, receiving a summons, or taking a DNA test; child’s mother was allowed to transfer a fraudulent child support order here in Maryland; criminal complaints were filed on him despite the fact that even a commissioner told the State that they had no grounds for issuing a warrant for his arrest; and so on, and so on.
Please make sure this ORDER gets to the right office. I am not sure who sent it or why it was not filed or which ORDER should have been filed, but THIS is the order that was mailed to James Armstead’s house around October 10, 2013.
